Understanding that a positive district culture is one cornerstone of a successful school system, the Office of Compliance and Support creates the conditions necessary to develop environments of belonging and systems of advocacy to enhance the North ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ Schools experience for all stakeholders. Using Board of Education policy as a foundational guide and Restorative Practices as an operational philosophy, the Office of Compliance and Support aims to promote the physical, emotional, and intellectual well-being of all students, staff, and community patrons. Core focal areas of the department are equity, compliance,  and alternative education programming.
