    Jovanna has joined the special education team as a para and has been a seamless fit! She jumps in to help staff and students, is constantly asking how she can be supportive, and watches to learn routines and expectations and then completes them without being told or asked. She has built positive relationships with students, helps them to build confidence, and has been flexible with their needs. LW is lucky to have her!
