Listen and watch Guest Speaker: Elle Rustique, Ph.D., CEO and Founder of TipBrightly, talk about her mission to help tipped service workers recover the lost opportunity for earnings in an increasingly cashless society. 听The daughter of first-generation immigrants from the Philippines, Elle was inspired to help women like her mother whose tips she spent on her children.
听A published author, 听Elle holds degrees from Washington University in St. Louis, Columbia University鈥檚 Teachers College, and University College London鈥檚 Institute of Education. She also held a post-doctoral fellowship at Stanford University. 听Devoting her life鈥檚 work to improving educational systems to be more equitable, Elle began her career in education as a high school teacher in East Harlem, New York.听
